March 21, 2016: The Berkeley Ordinance is now in effect. Cell phone retailers in Berkeley are now required to post or hand out fliers warning customers of possible radiation exposure from the mobile devices. Berkeley’s ‘right to know’ ordinance was voted unanimously by the city council in May 2015. Read and watch the full NBC article from March 21, 2015.
