Most women have no idea that cellphones are two-way microwave radios that should not be kept directly on the body warns Environmental Health Trust (EHT), a group promoting safer phone use especially for non-adult users and for pregnant users. The group has launched a public education campaign called “Save the Girls” that includes an online banner ad, media tour, doctor’s pamphlet and a social media campaign (#savethegirls).
