The San Francisco City Council voted today to pass an amended cell phone disclosure ordinance. The original “right-to-know” ordinance was passed a year ago, but was held up by a lawsuit from the Telecom industry.
On July 11, 2011, San Francisco’s City Operations & Neighborhood Services Committee voted 3-0 in support of the amended ordinance. Today, the full Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to pass it.
