The Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition is sponsoring a free webinar on the health impact of cellular radiation on Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 12:30 p.m.
The featured speaker is Devra Lee Davis, visiting professor of medicine at The Hebrew University, who founded an organization called the Environmental Health Trust in Teton County, Wyoming in 2007. Davis warns of the dangers in the cell phone industry and contends that industry is knowingly exposing people in the pursuit of profit.
Time Magazine selected Davis’ book, “Disconnect: The Truth About Cell Phone Radiation, What the Industry Is Doing to Hide It, and How to Protect Your Family,” as a top pick in 2010.
