“Digital technology develops with the speed of a jet airplane, not leaving any time for research on the effects of such rapid growth. Many people, especially the young ones, cannot imagine life without constantly being online, using cell phone or membership of a social network. There are first alarming reports on the consequences of uncontrolled by science access to digitalization. Other countries, local authorities and non-governmental organizations undertake a variety of actions in the domain of protecting people from artificial electromagnetic fields pollution. The Krakow City authorities take efforts to provide residents with well-grounded information on artificial electromagnetic fields.”
