An Opportunity to Support an Important Project

Safe Use of Electronic Devices: Understanding Diverse Youth and Young Adult Knowledge, Attitudes and Experiences

Dr. Bernice Smith, an environmental scientist and founder of Green Vessels Inc., a public health and community safety nonprofit, is conducting research to understand how much Black Americans, Native American/American Indian, and Hispanic/Latino youth and young adults know about radiofrequency and how to use their wireless enabled devices safely. The novelty of this study is that it obtains the perspectives of diverse communities, often disproportionately impacted by environmental exposures.

Environmental Health Trust is thankful to share this important fundraising appeal.  We hope all will generously support GreenVessels.

Your donation will go toward gathering data from study participants, and analyzing and compiling the data into an e-pamphlet for all communities to improve public awareness about safe use of wireless technology.  For more information about Green Vessels Inc., please visit https://greenvessels.org/.
