Our legal team submitted the final documents in our landmark case ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TRUST ET AL. V. FCC.
During the oral arguments the Court directed the FCC to address whether or not the Radiofrequency Interagency Work Group [RFIAWG] and the Technical Electronic Product Radiation Safety Standards Committee [TEPRSSC] exist, and “(1) when the committee(s) was formed (2) who the members of the committee(s) are and (3) whether the committee(s) were in existence during the pendency of the notice of inquiry, and if so, what dates.” The FCC Submission was sent within 24 hours and our Response to the FCC was submitted the next day.
EHT et al. v. the FCC seeks to have the Court order the FCC to remand, vacate and update its 25-year-old exposure guidelines for radio-frequency radiation (RFR) from cell phones, cell towers, Wi-Fi, 5G and other wireless communication devices.
